Linen and towels available upon request (€ 10 pp).
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure a booking, the balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. Contact the owner for last minute booking. You will be required to pay a holding fee of € 200, this will be returned to you (within two weeks) after the house has been checked and left as you found it on arrival. Any damages or loss will be deducted from this holding fee.
We ask you to leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it. If you do not want to clean the house before departing an extra charge of € 50 will be incurred.
